Premier Fleet Services Partner Solution is a complete outsourced fleet maintenance solution for the customer, 24/7 if desired.  We become an embedded partner within the customer's company, seamlessly integrated into its operation. The solution provides the following services:

• Executive level management for fleet maintenance, participating as desired with the customer in strategic planning, fleet make-up, handling full department responsibility, shop layout and outfitting, etc
• Full parts ordering and inventory management solution including parts management personnel
• Service Writer personnel providing continual communication between mechanics, fleet drivers, dispatch, safety, and the customer's organization
• Hiring, reassigning, training, and managing all mechanic personnel
• Premier Fleet Services can work with existing company mechanic personnel and incorporate them within our organizational structure and management
• All work is performed at the customer's location

Premier Fleet Services Adviser Solution has two options:

Option A: Scheduled Maintenance and Repair As Needed.  This option is for smaller fleets or fleets that do not need daily maintenance or repair.  Premier Fleet Services will come to the customer's location at scheduled intervals to conduct fleet maintenance, or should a repair be necessary, Premier Fleet Services will send mechanics to the customer's location to perform the necessary repairs.

Option B: Supplemental Mechanic Assistance.  This option is for companies that need a few mechanics for a time period (lshort or long) to help get caught up on fleet maintenance work.  Similar to a personnel staffing solution for office staff, this option allows Premier Fleet Services to provide customers with experienced mechanics without the customer having to find and train them on their own.  Our mechanics embed into the customer's current fleet maintenance department and company structure.
